Description

The purpose of this Amendment 01 notice is to: 1) Post submitted Questions and Answers (Q's and A's) for Solicitation FA500021R0010 Install ARMAG (Project 8216137) Bldg. 21309, JBER(E), AK. Note: The Q's and A's are Attachment 19. 2) Post photo's�and a drawings as attachments that are pertinent to the submitted questions and answers�of Solicitation FA500021R0010 Install ARMAG (Project 8216137) Bldg. 21309, JBER(E), AK. Note: See Attachment 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16 and 17 are all photo's and Attachment 2 Facility Drawing.� 3) Post Site Visit Memo of FA500021R0010 Install ARMAG (Project 8216137) Bldg. 21309, JBER(E), AK and List of Attendees. Note: See Attachment 18 for the Site Visit Memo.� 4) Reminder- The due date for proposals�has been extended to 6 January 2021, No Later Than (NLT) 2:00 PM AKST. Submit proposals in writing via email to cassandra.woodard@us.af.mil and donald.dougherty.1@us.af.mil 5) No further questions were accepted after 28 December 2020, as no additional questions�will be accepted at this time. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Install ARMAG Project 8216137 to construct concrete pad, provide power and security connections to small arms vault (ARMAG) adjacent to Bldg. 21309, JBER-E, AK. Tge contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials and transportation to accomplish the Install ARMAG for Bldg. 21309 JBER-E AK. All product and performance requirements must meet specifications outlined in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work, dated 30 Nov 2020 and industry standards. In accordance with FAR 36.204(c) Magnitude on Construction Projects, the price range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Site Visit scheduled for 22 Dec 2020 at 10:00 AM AKST Deadline for submission of questions/inquiries regarding this solicitation is on�28 Dec 2020 No Later Than 1:00 PM AKST.� Answers to submitted questions/inquires will be posted 29 Dec 2020 by 11:00 AM AKST and sent out as an amendment. No additional questions will be received after 28 Dec 2020. Proposals are due 4 Jan 2021 NLT 11:00 AM�AKST.
