- WY-WCF-SNOW REMOVAL FOR MILLS Pre-Solicitation Only. This is for informational purposes. No Solicitation is currently provided. The Bureau of Reclamation in Mills Wyoming anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Snow Removal at the Mills Complex. General Information: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision to satisfactorily perform removal of snow from the Mills parking lot, sanding/de-icing of the parking lot and sidewalks, and removal of snow from sidewalks. Procurement will be solicited competitively as total small business set aside. Reclamation anticipates a Firm, Fixed-Price contract award. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation will be on or around January 11, 2021. Close date to the RFQ is January 25, 2021 by 16:00 pm MST. Quotes can be e-mailed on or before January 25, 2021 to tabrowning@usbr.gov. All responses should include the vendor�s Duns and Bradstreet (DUNS) Number and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Vendors should additionally identify themselves as either a �small business� or and �other than small business� under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is 8.0 million. The base year contract period is expected to be approximately February 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021. 4 Optional years contract period is expected to be approximately January 1st to December 31st for the other years. NOTE 1: Effective August 1, 2012 any contractor to be awarded a government contract must be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors must register at www.sam.gov
