- Due to the holidays, we understand that some may not have been able to provide an NCIC form so we extended for�two more days for those interested.� So if you have not submitted an NCIC form and would like to, please do so by no later than Jan 6 at 3pm CT.� Remember, you will not be able to attend the site visit if you do not provide an NCIC form.� Furthermore, you will not be able to�submit a quote for this requirement if you did not attend the mandatory site visit.� Thank you! Please be advised that the solicitation has been extended to January 22, 2021 at 3p CT to allow for a mandatory site visit, which will be held on January 12 at 10a ET.� You must attend the site visit prior to providing a quote.� Therefore, you will need to provide the completed NCIC form that�has been uploaded to ldthomas@bop.gov by no later than Dec 30 at 3p CT.� Once you have been cleared, you will be contacted to confirm your attendance for the site visit.� Thank you!� The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, TX, intends to issue solicitation 15B30220Q00000019 for the provision of Grease Trap Services located at Federal Correctional Complex (FCC), Coleman, Florida.� The Contractor shall provide pumping and disposal of all grease at Federal Correctional Complex, Coleman, Facilities Department, 846 NE 54th Terrace, Sumterville, FL 33521.� The Contractor shall provide pumping services approximately four times per year (quarterly) from 13 grease traps to remove solid and liquid grease located throughout our institutions. Two tanks (Camp) will have approximately 4,000 gallons to pump each quarter, which totals to 16,000 gallons per tank per year.� Five tanks (Low) will have approximately 5,000 gallons to pump each quarter, which totals to 20,000 gallons per tank per year.� Four tanks (Medium) will have approximately 5,000 gallons to pump each quarter, which totals to 20,000 gallons per tank per year.� Both tanks at Pen 1 & Pen 2 (one tank each) will have approximately 17,000 gallons to pump each quarter, which totals to 68,000 gallons per tank per year.� The grease trap disposal shall be outside Government premises and shall be in accordance with all applicable local, state, and Federal Government Health and Sanitation Codes and regulations. The disposal of all waste shall be in a legally and environmentally safe manner. The Contractor will provide written documentation verifying all required federal, state, and local permits, stickers, licenses, and etc., in which all must be current and valid for transportation, and disposal of all waste. The Contractor shall provide written documentation stating the approved dump site meets all federal, state, and local city regulations.��Please see further details in the attached Statement of Work.� The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price.� The award will be made to the responsible vendor or individual who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only.� Services will be performed for a base period from February 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022, and each option year shall be 12 months in duration, in consecutive order, if exercised, at the Government�s unilateral right along with a 6 month option period.� Services are required to be provided by the contractor in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).� pmThe solicitation will be available on or about December 21, 2020 and will be distributed solely through the beta.SAM�s website at www.beta.SAM.gov. �All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.� Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.� The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about, January 22, 2021. �All quotes should be submitted via email at ldthomas@bop.gov.� Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.� All contractors doing business with the Federal Government are advised that this future solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-4(t) for Commercial Items and System for Award Management (SAM).� This clause requires all contractors doing business with the federal government after September 30, 2003, to be registered in the SAM database at www.sam.gov.� Contractors should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their offers.� The Contracting Officer will verify registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award by entering the potential awardees DUNS number into the SAM database.� The acquisition is unrestricted.� The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 562998 with a small business size standard of $8 million.
