� � �The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting Lease proposals for approximately 5,600 usable square feet of Retail space located within in a 1 mile radius of 1437 Sam�s Drive, Walmart Way Crossing, Units 40, 50 & 70, Chesapeake, VA 23320. ��������ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION may be obtained from Kelli Fairbanks by email at kelli.l.fairbanks@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 pm on December 28, 2020.� The Government�s obligation and legal liability for this solicitation�is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds and may be cancelled at any time.
