- ***Amendment *** There was language in the prior presolicitation synopsis stating that it was unrestricted.� As indicated in the previous sections the Delaware Air National Guard will solicit this opportunity as a Total Small Business Set Aside. � The 166h Airlift Wing in New Castle, Delaware intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to construct a R-11 Refueler Parking Facility. This project includes removal of existing pavements and turf grass for construction of new canopy and R-11 refueler parking. Parking is provided for five (5) trucks. Provide storm water drain piping and electrical for canopy lighting, power reels, gates, controls and receptacles. Entire area is fenced. Canopy is Pre-Engineered Metal Building with spread footing and column pier design; and incidental related work. BRAND NAMES: This project does not require brand name specific products. This project is solicited as total small business set-aside. All responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The total contract duration is 360 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00.�The magnitutde is between�$1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 To establish its responsibility, the apparent low bidder will be requested by the Government prior to award, to submit a statement regarding�their previous experience in performing comparable work,�their business and technical organization, financial and bonding resources, plant available to be used in performing the work, etc. This action will be requested to determine if the contractor is responsible. The tenetative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or about 17 March 2021.� The tentative date for the pre-bid conference/site visit is on-or about 31 March 2021.� Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation.� The bid opening date is tenetatively scheduled for on-or about 16 April 2021.� Acutal dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.� Interested offerors must be registered in SAM.
