- Please submit a quote to provide ESS (Access Control) and installation services for a new Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Kadena (BHAE) Elementary School located on Kadena AFB, Okinawa, Japan. Please review the attachments which include the Solicitation, Scope of Work, Price Breakout Schedule, Drawings and the Specifications for the products.
