Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures, under Acquisition of Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. Reference combined synopsis solicitation N61340-21-R-0040 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) number 2019-03. The solicitation shall be awarded on a COMPETITIVE basis. It is anticipated that this award will be made on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside with an associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 333318 (Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing), a size standard of 1000 employees and Product & Service Code (PSC) 6930. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) is as follows: CLIN 0001: KC-130J Weapon System Trainer (WST) #1-Mylar mirror re-skin for the Visual Display System including dispose the current Mylar mirror and re-attach a new Mylar mirror to the mirror bowl. Qty: 1 each A required 2 years part and labor warranty. The Government intends to award a purchase order in the form of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and the anticipate award date is 29 January 2021. The Period of Performance (POP) shall be from contract award through 30 March 2021. The Contractor will have access to the WST #1 (2F199) 24/7 during the period of 27 February 2021 through 7 March 2021. All on-site work / testing / acceptance SHALL be complete between these dates.
