- A. This Request for Information (RFI) will be used to identify potential sources that are interested in and capable of performing the work described in this �Draft� Statement of Work (SOW). In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for conducting market research, information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on the part of the Government.� Neither unsolicited proposals nor any other kind of offers will be considered in response to this RFI. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and/or any follow-up information requests.� B. The purpose of this RFI is to communicate and solicit feedback from industry on the �Draft� version of an upcoming overseas requirement to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) services in support of the Royal Barbados Police Force Regional Training Center (RPTC) in Bridgetown, The Barbados.� This initiative will facilitate interagency information sharing, increase coordination across the police force nationwide and seeks to enhance collaboration all through the national territory.� The vendor shall furnish the proposed services in accordance with the conditions, requirements and specifications of this SOW or similar.� The NAICS Code for this requirement is anticipated to be 541310 Architectural, Engineering, and Related Services. C.� All responding contractors must possess vast experience in procuring and delivering requested items based on the criteria below, which for this requirement will be deployed overseas. Therefore, we are seeking responses to the following questions: 1. Is your company authorized to conduct business and provide services in Barbados? 2. Is your company partnered with an organization that is located in, or authorized to do business in Barbados? 3. Does your company or partnering company possess all of the licenses, visas, permits, certificates, insurance and registrations or other documents needed to conduct business in Barbados? D. If your firm is capable of providing the requirements described in this RFI, please provide a detailed Capability Statement with respect to Item 1 through 4 to Joonpil Hwang via e-mail at hwangj2@state.gov by 12:00 PM, EST on Wednesday, January 13, 2021�with questions due 12:00 PM, EST on Thursday, January 07 2021. Please do not call the contracting office for information, calls will not be answered or returned.� The Capability Statement must be limited to 10�or fewer pages in length and include general information and technical background describing your firm's experience in similar procurements. E. All responses are to include: Company Information Company Name Address Point of Contact Telephone Number E-mail address Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number Primary NAICS Code Business Size (i.e. Small Business, Other than Small)/Type GSA Schedule Number, if applicable Description of your company�s resource capabilities in procuring the required commodities and/or services and providing the type of work specified in the Draft SOW. Describe any service contracts completed for similar combined services.� Please reference the contract number, period of performance, dollar value, and (if applicable) the Contracting Officer�s name and contact information.�� Please provide feedback and/or recommendations related to the technical specifications listed in the Draft SOW. Please provide any comments on the anticipated NAICS Code, or provide potential alternative NAICS Codes to satisfy the requirements. Please provide any other feedback, recommendations, or questions as it relates to the Draft SOW. Pricing estimate (this can be in Excel or pdf, but a full price proposal is not required or requested) F.
