- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey, is searching for capable local exchange carriers for the services and service delivery locations listed in the provided Attachments. These services must be fully up and running at the specified locations no later than January 15, 2021 with no interruptions to the circuits or services. The current services have been previously provided under the GSA Telecommunication Ordering Pricing System (TOPS) contract. To meet this need, the Government intends to issue a new contract action to continue with utilization of the GSA TOPS Contract. The proposed period of performance is January 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. This proposed contract action shall provide VA with continuation of telecommunications voice and data services to include the following: Plain Old Telephone Lines (POTS) Line Flat Business Lines, Caller ID PRI Circuit (23B+D) Voice Mail Plain Old Telephone (POTS) Line, Trunks, Primary Rate Interface, DID/DOD, Centrex, HSI, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) 1.5 Mbps (stand alone) currently being provided at the facilities listed in the Attachments
