Description

Grounds Maintenance Services Request for Quote Instructions to Offers begin on Page 87 of the SF1449 RFQ. Evaluation Factors begin on page 91 of the SF1449 RFQ. 2.0 All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 15 January 2021 at noon EST to ethan.phillips. 5@us.af.mil and michael.demers.4@us.af.mil. Questions submitted after this date will not be considered. 2.1 Site Visit. A site visit (is not mandatory but see FAR 52.237-1) is scheduled for 12 January 2021 at 10: 00 EST. Interested parties should send a request to the POC's in paragraph 2 NOT LATER THAN 11 Jan 2021 at 08:00 EST. The request should include the following information: (1) Name(s) of the individuals who will be in attendance (2) State or Federal issued Identification such as Driver's License, State Identification, or U.S. Passport (3) Last four (4) digits of Social Security Number No more than 2 employees per company will be permitted This information will be used to obtain base access passes and safeguarded IAW procedures outlined in the Privacy Act of 1974 and DoD 5400.11R.
