- The Future Science and Technology (FST) program supports identification of, understanding of, analysis of, assessment of, and forecasting of new and emerging disruptive technologies with militarily relevant applications.��This is a non-personal services contract to accomplish three separate tasks: 1) to conduct Technology Research Projects, 2) to enhance the Government owned TechWatch Tool, and 3) to provide on-site, All-Source Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) Analysis,�as defined in the attached Draft�Performance Work Statement (PWS).
