- The�US Forest Service - Southwest Zone is requesting a Sources Sought for�an�Emergency Repair of 4� BFPDs�at Redding Air Attack Base.� The City of Redding notified our organization and provided feedback regarding the currently installed backflow prevention assembly has failed the City of Redding's annual Backflow Prevention Device Test.� The current standing of our water service is contingent upon this repair.� Your inquiries and feedback are much appreciated in order to fulfill the need for the goverment's requirement.� Backflow Device Specifications are as below: Type: RP Size: 4 Model: 860 Serial Number: 1251020 Manufacturer: Fabco Please see additional documentation and the Scope of Work for the referenced.
