(N62742-21-D-1327); and Hensel Phelps � Shimizu Joint Venture (large business), Honolulu, Hawaii (N62742-21-D-1328), are each being awarded an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity multiple award design-build construction contract for projects located primarily for sites in Guam and other areas under the cognizance of within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC Pacific area of responsibility).� The maximum dollar value including the base period and four option years for all seven contracts combined is $990,000,000.� Hensel Phelps-Shimizu Joint Venture is being awarded the initial task order at $53,998,237 for the construction of a base administration building, Marine Corps Base Guam (CLIN 0001 in the amount of $49,337,274.00 and CLIN 0002 in the amount of $4,660,963.00).� Work for this task order is expected to be completed by May 2023.� The majority of the work will be performed in the Territory of Guam but may include other areas under the cognizance of the NAVFAC Pacific.� The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of January 2026. These seven contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.� The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii is the contracting activity. The work may include, but is not limited to, work on administrative facilities, barracks/dormitories, dining facilities, ranges, educational facilities, training facilities, roads, streets, site utilities/infrastructure, and other base development facilities.� Projects will be primarily funded by the Government of Japan, which is referred to as �Mamizu�.
