- Description
- The US Army Contracting Command � Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), on behalf of the Multi-National Aviation Special Projects Office (MASPO), is issuing this synopsis for solicitation W58RGZ-21-R-0100, for the procurement of Third Party Logistics Support (3PL), which will encompass multiple non-standard rotary wing aviation platforms.� This requirement is a 100% small business pool competitive acquisition based on responses received from Request for Information PANRSA-20-P-0000-012904 issued on July 27, 2020. The anticipated contract will be a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, six-year Firm Fixed Price contract.� It will consist of a base two-year ordering period with two optional two-year ordering periods, for a total of three two-year ordering periods if all options are exercised.� The Government�s intent for the 3PL providers is to perform program management, to procure equipment and supplies using Manufacturer�s Part Numbers; to coordinate and execute transportation of equipment and supplies both domestically and internationally; to manage suppliers; to implement an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to provide asset visibility to the Government on the status of orders; and to provide quality program/quality assurance systems to ensure airworthiness of components; component repair; maintenance; engineering; fabrication; qualification testing; and logistical and delivery support of hardware to meet operational and program requirements. The Government intends to issue a solicitation on or about January 21, 2021. This solicitation, as well as any amendments, will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102.� As a result, hard copies will not be provided.� It is; therefore, incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access beta.sam.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.� Failure to obtain amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of bids/ proposals may render your bit/ proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions.
