- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, intends to award a sole source commercial items contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Proquest, LLC (ProQuest), 789 E Eisenhower Pkwy, Ann Arbor,�MI,�48108-3218, for a ProQuest Legislative Insight subscription. �The contract will renew the OCC�s existing subscription for that service. ProQuest Legislative Insight is�a Federal legislative history service that makes available thoroughly researched compilations of digital full text publications created by Congress during the process leading up to the enactment of U.S. Public Laws. It includes bills, reports, documents, hearings Congressional Research Service reports, committee prints, Congressional Record sections, Presidential Signing Statements, and Statutes. Legislative Insight contains documents related to the passage of a law, containing legislative material from 1789 through present. The period of performance for this requirement is January 15, 2021 through January 14, 2026. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within 7 days after the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
