- The purpose of this amendment is outlined below: 1 Extend the closing date of 36C24421Q0145 from 12:00 pm 1/7/2021 to 12:00 pm 1/14/2021. 2 - Provide responses to questions received (with 9 attachments as supporting documentation) as follows: Regarding the existing Tridium GUI: Can you clarify which Tridium platform is currently used (AX or N4), and version number. AX 3.8 Can you clarify the version of Windows OS utilized? x86 Windows 76.1 Can you clarify the database engine utilized? Tridium 3.8 Are Admin level passwords available and will be provided for the system? Yes Is licensing information available for the existing Tridium AX platform? Yes, on PC in the shop. Is the existing license an open license? Not sure. Is there any requirement under this contract to provide Tridium software or driver updates? No, only provide recommendations if necessary to ensure proper operation. Regarding DDC controller repairs that may result from preventative maintenance checks: Is the intent for the successful bidder to provide the exact manufacture/model number parts in the event that DDC controllers fail and need to be replaced during the course of the contract? Or can parts/DDC controllers from other manufacturers that are not Niagara-based be utilized, if their point data can be read by the existing Tridium GUI? Yes, replace with OEM parts only. The network architecture diagram provided with the bid documents is not inclusive of all buildings/systems throughout the Wilmington VAMC. We request that a complete system/network architecture be provided, showing all primary/IP level panels, along with all second tier controllers. Please see attached for Network Diagrams. No DDC exists in buildings 2, 3 and 4. We request that an inventory/list with manufacturer, part number, and quantities of all DDC controllers that make up this system be provided. Please see attached. Regarding the activities described for the six inspections to be provided annually under scope item #2: Regarding the review of the sequence of operations are there any specific actions to be taken under the scope of this contract to update or improve existing programming in the system based on review of the sequences? The intent is to notify the VA of opportunities for improvement and to repair irregularities. Regarding the update the back-up disk and operating system data can you clarify what updates to the operating system are to be included under the scope of the contract? The intent is to have a most recent backup in the event of a complete system failure following any modification to the overall program/system. Regarding work hours described under scope item #3 can you clarify that bidders should assume all work will be performed during normal business hours (8:00am-4:30pm M-F)?
