Description

The Stratton VAMC in Albany, NY is seeking a potential qualified Contractor to perform asbestos abatement work, which includes, but not limited to demolition and restoration of floor and asbestos abatement in accordance with specified Statement of Work (SOW). Place of Performance: All work is to be done at the Stratton VA Medical Center, located at 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sealed Bid contract for this project. Business Type: This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). NAICS & Size Standard: North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 size standard of $39.5 million. The estimated construction magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000; IAW FAR 36.204(c).
