- BOA Order:� The NAICS Code is 332994. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-17-G-5387, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head�Explosive Ordnance Disposal�Technology Division- Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, MN 55421-1402. The contractor shall provide material and services required to manufacture, procure, test, inspect, preserve, package and ship MK45 2J Fuze Setters Assemblies (Mk30 MOD 1 and MOD 2) in SOW 5387-0002-03. Required Delivery Date is 15 months after award of delivery order. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform the work in the required time frame.
