- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. On behalf of the OUSD R&E Small Business and Technology Partnerships (SBTP) Office, GSA anticipates awarding a single award contract either as an open market contract or under the new consolidated Multiple Award Schedule. The order will provide subject matter expertise in support of the migration of DSIP from its current location in DTIC to Cloud One in accordance with DoD CIO IT regulations and policies; and to support development and deployment of a DevSecOps environment that enables application development and accreditation at speed and scale integrated with Defensive Cyberspace Operations. Support will include engineering design and guidance for integration and process improvements, and the creation of a DEVSECOPS process to allow necessary access of the REI Systems, Inc. development and delivery team.� Services required include, but are not limited to: 1) Consulting and direct support to implement migration of DSIP to Cloud One, 2)Documenting the planned course of action 3) Coordination with AF Cloud One & Platform One as required to achieve account, approved architecture, and security 4) Design/development/delivery/management of Defensive Cyber Operations (in partnership with AF CSSP services) 5) Implementation and support for secure privileged and administrative access using NSA approved Hockeypuk cybersecurity solutions to DSIP�s hosting environment. THIS EFFORT IS NOT TO PROCURE CLOUD MIGRATION SERVICES. THIS EFFORT IS FOR EXPERT ADVISE REGARDING THE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO MIGRATE DSIP TO CLOUD ONE. As part of its market research, GSA is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exist an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of GSA�s market research. No Request For Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. GSA seeks to received responses to the �Sources Sought. Firms with capability are requested to complete the attached technical questions and provide a brief capabilities statement which summarizes your capabilities and provides contract examples of previous acquisition for similar services. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked ""Proprietary"" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought.
