Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ScriptPro Preventative Maintenance & Repair Plan Veterans Health Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this Notice of Intent to Sole Source in order to identify any potential sources that have the resources and capabilities to provide preventative maintenance & repair services on the ScriptPro prescription dispensing equipment as described below that will not interrupt the continuum of care. This requirement is defined primarily by existing hardware and software already in use at the Hershel Woody Williams VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington, WV 25704 The government is contemplating a Base +1 option period Firm Fixed Price contract to satisfy this requirement and meet the needs of the patient population at the Hershel Woody Williams VA Medical Center. BACKGROUND The ScriptPro prescription dispensing equipment consists of the following. This system consists of hardware and proprietary software. This requirement is being driven by existing equipment already in place on the facility. The contractor will provide: Routine Preventative Maintenance and Calibration to the equipment, On-Site Support field service, OEM Consumable Parts, OEM Non-Consumable Parts, Critical Updates to the Application Software, Functionality Upgrades to the Application Software, Interface Modification, Interface Conversion, FDB Updates, and On-Site Training. DELIVERABLES Turn-around time 2 business days.
