Description

Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed-Price contract to Onkos Surgical, Inc, 77 East Halsey Rd, Parsippany, NJ� 07054-3714, for one Personalized Pelvic Osteotomy Kit for use at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). The statutory authority permitting acquisition of this requirement by other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.� Onkos Surgical Inc, is the only source capable of satisfying the BAMC, Pelvic Osteotomy Kit requirement with the necessary equipment.� The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instruments, with a size standard of 1,000.� Points of contact (POCs) are Ms. Geraldine Hernandez, Contract Specialist, geraldine.i.hernandez.civ@mail.mil and Mr. Anthony J.
