THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE ISSUED via beta.sam.gov. A-E Services are being procured in accordance with the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute (Public Law 92-582), formerly known as the Brooks Act, and implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.6 and VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.6. All submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria listed herein. The Government will not pay, nor reimburse, any costs associated with responding to this request. The Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. Firms will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. THIS IS A TOTAL 100% SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE in accordance with Public Law 109-461. This is a Request for SF330s for Architect/Engineer (A/E) Design Services for Project Number 667-086, AE Design for Expansion of SPS and Radiology Suites, at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center located in Shreveport, LA. Anticipated Period of Performance: 240 calendar days. NAICS Code: 541310 Architectural Services Size Standard: $8 Million See attached for Request for SF330s.
