The period of performance for the award is expected to be five (5) years.� Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of the criteria described in Section E.� Award will be made to the investigtors whose proposals offer the best value to the Government.� This acquisition is restricted to small businesses only.� The NAICS code for this solicitation is 561611. Instructions to respond to this solicitation are contained in Section E of this document.� USAID anticipates awarding up to 30 to 100 BOAs under this solicitation, each with a total ordering maximum of $500,000 over five (5) years. Any questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing only by the date and time shown above.� Questions will not be accepted after this time.� Proposals must be sent via email to BOAINVESTIGATORS@usaid.gov by the closing date and time shown above. Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the U.S. Government, nor does it commit the U.S. Government to pay for the costs incurred in the preparation and submission of proposals.� The Government reserves the right to not make an award.
