- Solicitation Number:� W912P521B0006 Notice Type:� Pre-Solicitation� Synopsis:� The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation for this requirement. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This Notice is being issued for planning and informational purposes only. This notice is not a solicitation, nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this notice, nor will the Government accept bids as a result of this Notice. The plans and technical specifications for this requirement will only be available upon solicitation issuance.� PROJECT DESCRIPTION: �The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, tool related hardware, equipment, transportation, vehicles, and fuel except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform mowing, cleaning, janitorial, and other maintenance services at the J. Percy Priest Lake project recreation areas, in Nashville, Tennessee. The anticipated contract will have a Base Year plus four (4) one-year options for a total of five (5) years if all options were to be exercised.� NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: The anticipated NAICS code is 561210 � Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $41.5 Million TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: �100% Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) SOLICITATION RELEASE DATE: The anticipated release date for this solicitation is on or around 26 January 2021. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): �Offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov) at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements.� ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Specific information pertaining to this procurement will be available in the solicitation.
