- 12 November 2020 -�Amendment 0002�is hereby attached to incorporate DFARS clause 252.237-7023 Continuation of Essential Contractor Services and DFARS provision 252.237-7024 Notice of Continuation of Essential Contractor Services. Additionally, the Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been updated to add�""Essential Contractor Services"" (see section 7.4).� ---------- 04 November 2020 -�Amendment 0001 is hereby attached to answer Industry's questions and updated ""Attachment 2 - ELIN Worksheet."" Please disregard previous Attachment 2 posted with the original solicitation on 20 October 2020. ---------- The solicitation is hereby posted. This is a request for proposal utilizing the procedures of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. In accordance with FAR 12.102(c), when a policy in another part is inconsistent with FAR Part 12, Part 12 shall take precedence. The resulting award�will be a single award, requirements-type service contract with firm-fixed price (FFP) task orders to provide the delivery, cleaning, and removal of chemical toilets and hand-washing stations as required by each task order. This contract award will support�the Consolidated Material Service Center (CMSC) located at MCB Camp Pendleton, CA. Other service areas will include Naval Weapons Station (NWS) Fallbrook, CA; Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD)�San Diego, CA; and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar, CA. The period of performance will be for a one (1) year base period plus four (4) one (1) year option periods for a total of five (5) years, with the option to extend services up to six (6) months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
