- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, intends to issue a solicitation 15B31321Q00000006 for the requirements of :Twenty (20) Rheem RA1460CC1NB - Classic 5 Ton 14 SEER Condenser, 208-230 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Hz Brand Name or equal to, Twenty (20) Rheem RCF6024STAMCA - 5 Ton 24"" Multi-Position, Cased Aluminum Coil, Standard Efficiency, R410A Brand Name or equal to, and twenty (20) Rheem R92TA1151524MSA - Classic Plus 92% AFUE, 112 BTU, 1 Stage, Multi-Position, Constant Torque Gas Furnace Brand Name or equal to. Please be advised that we currently have Rheen HVAC units and want to keep uniformity of our HVAC system and parts. FOB Destination, delivery will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, 565 E Renfroe RD, Talladega, Alabama 35160. The contract type is firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about January 5, 2021 and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure of having the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is January 15, 2021. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10,000.00 or less. Each offer is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the Online Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
