Description: Performance requirement is to upgrade High Security Area access control system IAW Statement of Work. In addition, all work performed must allow for continued operations at the impacted facilities with downtime not to exceed one business day. While installing the new software and access control clients, the existing system will continue to provide facility access until the implementation of Phase 3 (new reader installation).
