- SOURCES SOUGHT � Laundry Service for West Wind Inn Lodging at Travis AFB, CA 60th Contracting Squadron Travis AFB, CA Submitted 7 Jan 2021 Responses Due: 21 Jan 2021, 1:00 PM Pacific Time REQUIREMENT The 60th Force Support Squadron (60 FSS) at Travis AFB, CA is seeking potential sources to provide Laundry Services for the West Wind Inn base lodging. Sources must have the ability to provide daily pickup and delivery of the required items / quantities per the attached Performance Work Statement. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 812320 (Dry-cleaning and Laundry Services (except Coin-Operated)). THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. This Request for Information (RFI) Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party�s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE: 1. Business name and address 2. Name of company representative and their business title 3. Business Size and Type of Small Business (if applicable) 4. Cage Code 5. DUNS Number 6. Brief capabilities package demonstrating ability to satisfy the requirement Vendors who wish to respond to this should send responses via email no later than Jan 21, 2021 by 1:00 PM Pacific Time to richard.thorp.4@us.af.mil. Questions regarding this announcement shall also be submitted by e-mail to the above email address no later than Jan 14, 2020 at 1:00 PM Pacific Time. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY to identify sources that can provide Laundry Services for the West Wind Inn lodging at Travis AFB. The information provided in this Sources Sought is subject to change and not binding on the Government. Travis AFB has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this Sources Sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
