- Dear Industry Partners, Thank you for your continued interest in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Data Center and Cloud Optimization (DCCO) Support Services requirement. �The purpose of this notice is to provide an update on the status of the DCCO procurement and to provide updated key milestones. DHS anticipates releasing the Final Request for Proposal (RFP) on January 12, 2021.� NOTE: The Final RFP will be posted under beta.SAM.gov Notice ID: 70RTAC21R00000006.�� ����� The below notional timeline provides updated key procurement milestones: Final Solicitation Released: January 12, 2021 Phase I Proposal Due Date: Due Approximately 3 Business Days after Final Solicitation Release Date � (Note: Pass/Fail Notifications Issued approximately 3 Business Days after Completion of Phase I Evaluations)* Phase II Proposal Due Date: Early-February 2021 Anticipated Award: Mid-April 2021 *The Phase I proposal addresses the following factor: Technical Evaluation Factor 1 - Facility Clearance and Level of Safeguarding has been updated to note that DHS will verify whether an Offeror as the Prime Contractor or all Teaming Partners proposed in a Joint Venture or Mentor Prot�g� has an active Top Secret Facility Clearance by utilizing the Facility Verification Notification from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency�s (DCSA) National Industrial Security System (NISS).
