Description

USDA Forest Service, NFsNC, Tusquitee Ranger District Janitorial and Trash Pick-up Services for Recreation Facilities The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, management, equipment and supplies necessary to provide custodial and groundskeeping services described for the Tusquitee Ranger District Rec Sites. Per the attached Wage Determination, SOW, and SOI. All items on SOI must be priced to be considered for award. We intend to award a single IDIQ Contract for base and 4 option periods� Limits on subcontracting: At least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the contractor. POP Date of Award through 12/31/2021 No pre-bid site visit is scheduled, please contact COR, Todd Sharkey if you need further information on visiting the sites and making yourself familiar with the requirement.
