State: Virginia City: Chincoteague Delineated Area: Town of Chincoteague, VA, (within 45 miles) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2 houses with 2 � 3 Bedrooms Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1 house with 4 � 5 Bedrooms Space Type: Housing Parking Spaces (Total): 2-14 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.� The U.S. Government (Assateague Island National Seashore) is seeking to lease a flexible mix of housing units, preferably fully furnished, kitchen, bathroom (s), common living/dining space. The house should include appliances such as an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer. Lessor should also provide water and sewer, parking and facility maintenance. �Assateague Island National Seashore requires the ability to lease these residential units on a twelve month lease with the option to extend but not to exceed a five year period.� This will allow the Park to house government employees who cannot be accommodated in the current housing inventory.
