Notice Information� Notice of Intent to Sole Source: 951700-21-Q-0006 Agency/Office: U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM) Office of Contracts Title: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE� Purchase of Netapps storage and support & maintenance services Description(s): THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S Agency for Global Media intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to FCN, Inc. 12501 Ardennes Ave Ste 101 Rockville, MD 20852-1741 The U.S. Agency for Global Media had a requirement for a lease into purchase of storage hardware and related services, to expand its high-resolution video storage. It awarded a contract to FCN, Inc. under award 951700-19-P-0069, and needs to award a follow-on contract to the same company. � The period of performance for the contract award will be: Base year: 02-01-2021 through 10-31-2021 Option Period: 11-01-2021 through 10-31-2022 No substitution of this service can be accepted. This is a commercial item that will be acquired under FAR Part 12 procedure. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES;�a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their capability. Responses to this notice shall be received by 14 January 2021 at 12:00 pm EST. All responses must be in writing only via email to the point of contacts specified in this notice.
