- The purpose of this amendment is to provide a response to draft RFP questions. Draft RFP questions currently�not addressed� in this amendment will be�addressed via another amendment next week. _______________________________________________________________ This�amendment is issued to provide draft Section J attachments�to the OPC Stage 2�draft RFP. Certain draft attachments require limited distribution and are subject to the�International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR), interested parties can request these documents from this posting but must submit a copy of their approved form DD-2345 to OPC@uscg.mil before these documents are released. This amendment also extends the due date for all comments, questions, suggestions and feedback�related to Section J attachments to NLT 12 PM (Eastern Time) 06 November 2020. Interested parties are still encouraged to submit comments for Sections A-M of this draft�RFP�NLT 12PM (Eastern Time) 30 October 2020. All�questions and comments should be submitted to OPC@uscg.mil ________________________________________________________________ The United States Coast Guard (USCG) DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) in support of Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Stage 2 Detail Design and Production is issued for information purposes only.� This notice does not constitute a formal solicitation and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.� PROPOSALS ARE NOT SOLICITED UNDER THIS DRAFT RFP. Access to certain materials in the draft package requires prospective Offerors to follow the instructions below.� Several of the documents contained within the Draft RFP are subject to International Trafficking in Arms Regulations (ITAR).� Interested�Offerors must submit a valid approved DD2345 when requesting access to the documents. The documents will only be provided to the data custodian listed on the DD2345. To request the documents, interested Offerors should send an email to OPC@uscg.mil providing the information below. After verification of the information provided below, a CD containing the files will be mailed to the data custodian. A valid approved DD2345; and Name, email address, mailing address, and phone number of data custodian listed on the DD2345. To assist the Government with tracking responses, please reference �Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Draft RFP� and company�s name in the subject line. The USCG encourages industry to examine the DRAFT RFP in its entirety and to submit questions, comments, suggestions, and feedback regarding any and all contents of the Draft RFP NLT 12PM (Eastern Time) 30 October 2020 to OPC@uscg.mil. �Questions or comments from industry may be subject to public release.� As a result, please consider the potential disclosure of proprietary and/or confidential information when composing questions and comments.� The USCG will publish all responses as an amendment to this notice on a rolling basis.
