Description

* Amendment 3 is to include additional information on Q 3. * This Amendment to the solicitation is to provide all Questions and Answers that were received.� Please see the Elevator Q and A attachment. * This Amendment to the solicitation is to add a second site visit due to weather related restrictions and to extend the Questions period and the Proposal due date. Second Site Visit will be on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 10:00am (EST). Questions from interested contractors are due on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 2:00pm (EST). Proposals are due on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 2:00pm (EST).* The Bureau of the Fiscal Service Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington DC (AFRH-W), is soliciting for Elevator Renovations/Replacements and related services for the Stanley Chapel and Sheridan Building. Services performed shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement(PWS). This is a total Small Business set-aside. Attached Wage Determination applies. Proposals in response to this solicitation shall be submitted in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors herein. All Potential Offers who want consideration/eligibility to quote SHALL attend the site-visit. Potential Offerors who did not attend the site-visit will not be considered for award. Site Visit Date: Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 10:00 am EST. No questions shall be asked or addressed at the site visit. All questions must be submitted in electronic format, such as a Microsoft Word attachment, and emailed to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, on Tuesday, 12/29/2020. Please reference the subject line as ""20342321R00002 AFRH Elevator Questions, BG/TRA"".
