- Description
- The United States Government is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for approximately 2,000 rentable square feet of warehouse space in Fort Peck, Montana. The space must yield a minimum of 2,000 ANSI/BOMA (formerly ""Usable"") square feet to a maximum of 2,100 ANSI/BOMA (formerly ""Usable"") square feet of contiguous street level space. Employee / on-site visitor parking shall be provided in accordance with local code requirements, or in the absence of local code requirements, two parking spaces are requested. The building must be located in a prime light industrial or flex space district with attractive and professional surroundings and a prevalence of contemporary design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in current use. Streets and public sidewalks must be well maintained. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. The proposed lease space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
