- Amendment 0002 is issued to extend the close date and adjust the requested delivery to 225 days ARO The Closing Date is re-established for January 22, 2021 2 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Amendment 0001 is issued to include newly required clauses. The Closing Date is re-established for January 6, 2021 2 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1650 Elevator Boost Shaft.� A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort.� This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1650-005442067.� The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance.� This is a FAR 15 effort.� The below NSN has been identified for this current action.� If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1650-005442067 Elevator Boost Shaft Estimated Annual Demand Qty � 452 each Minimum Delivery Order Quantity � 113 each Maximum Delivery Order Quantity � 452 each I/A/W Drawing NR 1X4F3 AMSCBDOC Revision NR DTD 03/07/2007 Part Piece Number: Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply This Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is Critical Application Item and Export Control Restrictions apply. Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M.� Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services.� Requested Delivery is 185 Days ARO. SURGE does not apply to this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used.� Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD).� This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.� A Reverse Auction�may be conducted online and you must register your company at dla.procurexinc.com in order to participate.
