- Scientific Engineering Subject Matter Expertise, Planning, Preparing, and Policy Documentation for Biosecurity Symposium and Webinars The Chemical and Biological Countermeasures Unit (CBCU) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate (WNDD). To procure subject matter expertise, recommend objective technical assessments and professional administrative support for the planning and preparing of a biosecurity symposium and webinars to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate. Purpose: The FBI is seeking capability statements from interested vendors to identify potentially capable Universities and Colleges to perform the requirements of a planned contract for support services listed in the SCOPE below.� This is not a new effort; however, the Government anticipates it will be a new contract.� The existing effort is on contract 15F06719P0002838 and the period of performance is anticipated to end April 14, 2021.
