Description

This�contract focuses�on providing services to USAID/Jordan�s Program Office/Development Outreach and Communications (DOC) under two programmatic components to continue widespread public outreach to ensure awareness of the impact of U.S. investments in Jordan in response to the COVID pandemic and to produce content on guidance on social distancing, personal handwashing, self-isolation and quarantine, safe home care of infected people. As well as covering USAID/Jordan�s entire portfolio response to the COVID pandemic, DOC services respond to priorities from the front offices of USAID, the U.S. Embassy, and USAID/Washington, including Bureaus for Legislative and Public Affairs (LPA) and the Middle East. The high volume, constantly changing demands on the DOC team require a flexible and responsive implementing partner who understands the needs of the USG and USAID from strategy and policy levels to daily activity implementation. The current partner BIDAYA has served this role since 2017, consistently producing high quality services and products for USAID/Jordan, the U.S. Embassy and USAID/Washington, and are well-placed to understand the Jordanian context in relation to the pandemic.
