Amendment 0004 provides additional information/verbiage to�the Instructions for Offerors and Evaluation Factors for Award sections of the RFP.� One additional Q&A was added from iIdustry. This amendement also further extends the due date for proposals to 01 February 2021 at 1000 EST. Amendment 0003 will provide questions and answers from the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) site visit held 06 January 2021 - see items highlighted in yellow. The Period of Performance for this follow -on contract is also being changed to 01 May 2021 - 30 April 2024. Furthermore, the due date for proposals is herby extended through 20 January 2021 at 1000 EST. Amendment 0002 is to clarify Evaluation Factor 1: Technical and to provide additional information for the site visit scheduled 06 January 2021. Amendment 0001 to solicitation W91CRB-21-T-0002 in response to questions received from industry on 10/23/2020and also to extend the proposal due date to 15 January 2020 at 1000 EST. See Attachment - Solicitation Amendment 0001_20201229.pdf This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation W91CRB-21-T-0002 is attached to this notice. The solicitation document includes provisions and clauses applicable to this requirement.� This solicitation is being submitted as a 100% small-business set-aside under NAICS code 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance for size standard $8M.� Aberdeen Test Center�s (ATC�s) Survivability/Lethality Directorate, in support of the WarFighter, has a continuing need for Inspection, Preventative Maintenance, Repair and Modification of Existing Outdoor Fire Suppression Systems. The Fire Suppression Systems are used to suppress outdoors fires on ATC�s Live Fire ranges for the protection of test assets undergoing ballistic testing. The Fire Suppression Systems are comprised primarily of Water and Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) delivery systems, and Bulk, Low Pressure Carbon Dioxide (CO2) extinguishing systems. Ancillary systems such as pump houses, and local and remote controls ? with corresponding electronic subsystems ? are included. The Fire Suppression Systems and related equipment are located at eight (8) test sites at the U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD. The test sites are called: �AA5 500?meters�, �AA5 1000?meters�, �AA5 Pumphouse�, �PI?Minefield�, �PI?12�, �PI?Pumphouse�, �BTD�, and �C-Field�, plus their associated uprange and downrange control rooms. The systems are to be tested in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) Section C.3. The anticipated period of performance for this contract 01 February 2021 � 31 January 2024. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will also contain provisions for two one-year options. The period of performance for option year one is 01 February 2022 � 31 January 2023 and the period of performance for option year two is 01 February 2023 � 31 January 2024.
