- Description
- The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to competitively procure the use of a leasehold estate of a non-Department of Defense (DoD) warehouse by the U.S. Navy to provide additional storage capability in support of Hurricane Florence recovery for MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune G-4/Supply Management Division home based at US Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune (MCB CAMLEJ) NC.� MCB CAMLEJ is in need of approximately 200,000 to 400,000 SF of secure warehouse storage space (this space can be co-located with a minimum of 100,000 square feet per location).� The Navy intends this RFP to result in the acquisition of the right to use non-DoD warehouse space for the stated purpose.� The right will be prescribed in a lease that the Navy will subsequently enter into with the successful Offeror.
