- Project #590-19-106 Bathroom Upgrades General Scope: The Department of Veterans Affairs, 100 Emancipation Dr., Hampton, VA 23667 has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, and materials for the bathroom upgrades project, including architectural, interior finishes, MEP throughout the facility and all associated work located at the Hampton, VA Veterans Affair Center campus in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Estimated construction magnitude is between $2,000,000 - $5,000,000 NAICS CODE: 236220 Size Standard: $39.5 Million. This solicitation is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. All interested vendors should register on this website. It is the offerors responsibility to check the web site periodically for any amendments/notices to the solicitation.
