- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation � FA9300-21-Q-6004-0001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Supplements, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-02, AFAC 2020-1123 and DFARS Change Notice (DPN) 20210105.
