Description: The Project Manager for Maneuver Ammunition Systems (PM-MAS), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ and the Army Contracting Command -Rock Island, IL are currently seeking sources for the manufacture and delivery of Cartridge (Ctg) 12 Gauge �#00 Buckshot (A011), Ctg 12 Gauge #9 Shot (A017), Ctg 10 Gauge Blank (A010), and Ctg 12 Gauge 7 � Shot (A014). Department of Defense Identification Code (DODIC) A011 is a 12 Ga. 2 3/4� round with nine .330 inch diameter 00 Buckshot pellets.� It is packed 5 cartridges in a cardboard carton, 32 cartons packed in an M2A2 ammunition box.� Two ammunition boxes are then packed into a wire bound wooden crate.� This ammunition is used for training and combat.� � DODIC A017 is a 12 Ga. 2 3/4� round with 1 1/8 ounces of #9 shot (approximately 575 pellets .080� in diameter). It is packed 25 cartridges in a cardboard carton, 20 cartons in a fiberboard box.� This ammunition is used for training and target competition.�� DODIC A010 is a 10 Ga. 2 7/8� round with a blank charge. It is packed 5 cartridges in a cardboard carton, cartons packed into a fiberboard box.� This ammunition is used in training in a simulator.� Please note that the drawing for DODIC A010 is currently marked obsolete. Prior to the potential release of a future request for proposal, the Government will be removing the obsolete marking from the drawing.�� DODIC A014 is a 12 Ga. 2 3/4"" round with 1 1/8 ounces of #7 1/2 Shot that is approximately 0.095"" diameter and weighs about 1.25 grains each. It can be fired out of the M26, M1014, Mossberg Model 500/590, and Remington 870/MCS shotguns. It is packed 48 cartridges in a cardboard box.� This ammunition is used for training and marksmanship.�� Specifications:� A011, A017, A010, and A014 cartridges shall be manufactured in accordance with the specified performance specifications noted above. To obtain the Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for this Sources Sought, Offerors must request explicit access through the ""Attachments/Links"" tab in this announcement. Request access to the document titled ""TDP Request W52P1J-22-S-SHOT"". When prompted for ""Reason for Request"", Offerors shall enter the following: ""I am requesting access to the .zip file for the TDPs under Sources Sought W52P1J-22-S-SHOT. My CAGE Code is XXXXX"". Successful completion of this will prompt a Government point of contact to send the TDP to the requesting data custodian via the DoD SAFE website. Offerors must have an approved DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, on file with the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to be granted access to the TDP. Restricted technical data will not be available to an Offeror who has not been certified. NOTE: The TDP requestor must be the data custodian in the JCP database or the TDP request will be denied. To verify who your data custodian is, please log into https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ and use the CAGE Code search function. Planned Acquisition:� A five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (FY22-FY27) is contemplated for this acquisition with total quantities up to approximately 14M each of one or more of the described DODICs over the life of the contract.� The Government anticipates making one award. The planned approach is Full and Open Competition.� ��� Submission Information:� All responsible, interested sources should submit their capabilities/qualification data.
