- Description
- The Export-Import Bank of the US awarded a performance based, no-cost to the Government, single award for subject matter expertise in the commercial, reinsurance industry and/or capital markets of developing risk sharing structures, the placement of those structures in the applicable market, evaluation of pricing from the applicable market in response to such placement, and administrative support to EXIM during the lifetime of the resulting risk sharing agreement(s) between EXIM and the reinsurer(s) and/or capital markets. EXIM shall pay no compensation to the Offeror, nor make any reimbursement for any costs incurred by the Offeror; that the Offeror shall look solely to the reinsurer for payment of any compensation or reimbursement for expenses incurred.
