Additional Award Information in accordance with FAR 5.207: Product or Service Code: 7025 NASA SEWP Request for Quote Number: N66604-20-Q-8425 In accordance with FAR Part 16.5, this action was processed on a 100% small business set-aside basis to Group A of the NASA SEWP V Multiple Award Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) under the applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code 334111. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Office for Small Business Programs concurred with the 100% small business set-aside determination. On 21 August 2020, NUWCDIVNPT posted a�Request for Quote on the NASA SEWP V Multiple Award GWAC portal, with the intention of�purchasing Crystal Group, Inc. brand name items, no substitutions, on a firm-fixed-price basis and in accordance with the attached redacted Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity (see Attachment # 1: Redacted Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity). Award of this requirement - which was assigned number 166185-1 in NASA SEWP - �was subsequently made to Countertrade Products, Inc. on 21 September 2020, in the amount of $431,492.00.
