- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Acquisitions Operations Branch (AOB) seeks to award a sole source award to Online Computer Library Center (OCLC) 6565 Kilgour Pl Dublin OH 43017-3315, for Contentdm services. These services are to support the use of appropriate software that will interoperate with cataloging systems already being used in the library, as well as the continuation of integrating the addition/cataloging of materials into current library workflows. The Bureau of Reclamation requires the following: � Ability to seamlessly catalog in the Reclamation approved cataloging system (OCLC) and export index data directly into the content management software. � Ability to seamlessly interface with the Reclamation standard hard copy library system (EOS). � Offer worldwide resource availability through World CAT � An interface that allows the automatic export. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519 and the size standard is $30 Million. The Government intends to solicit directly with OCLC. No solicitation package will be issued. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can perform the requirement. A determination to compete this action based on the responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing via email to cmohamed@usbr.gov. If no responsive statements are received by 01/15/2021 at 11:00 AM MT, an award will be made to OCLC.
