Description: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issues this special notice to announce its Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Small Business and Small Business Advocate Awards.� Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the DHS Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) was unable to host its 16th Annual Small Business Awards Ceremony which was scheduled to be held in April 2020. The OSDBU has restructured its customary award ceremony�by launching its first Small Business Awards Publication. Please join us in congratulating our award winners and reading more about their significant contributions in advancing the DHS mission during FY 2019.
