Description

Complete test and assessment to determine the presence of asbestos for buildings 2401, 24109, 24110, 24114, 25307, 25308, and 25309. Complete test and assessment to determine the presence of lead-based paint for buildings 2401, 24109, 24110, 24114, 25307, 25308, and 25309. Deliver the asbestos inspection results to the Superintendent, Unaccompanied Housing. Determine and identify any and all locations within the seven aforementioned facilities that contain known or presumed asbestos-containing materials in the assigned unit or unit-type and deliver these results identified by each building a building sub-area�s exposure to the Superintendent, Unaccompanied Housing. Additionally, ensure this documented disclosure aligns with AFI 32-1001, Civil Engineer Operations, Chapter 15, Facility Asbestos Management. Deliver the lead-based paint inspection results to the Superintendent, Unaccompanied Housing. Determine and identify any and all locations within the seven aforementioned facilities that contain known or presumed lead-based paint in the assigned unit or unit-type and deliver these results identified by each building a building sub-area�s exposure to the Superintendent, Unaccompanied Housing. Complete a lead-based paint certification and acknowledgement separately for each building and deliver to the Superintendent, Unaccompanied Housing.
