- The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), in support of Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Navy Command and Control Program Office (PMW 150), on behalf of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Improved Link Eleven (NILE) Nations is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of Industry to provide in-service support (ISS) to the NILE products. **12/1/2020 UPDATE TO INCLUDE Q&As **9/14/2020 UPDATE TO INCLUDE NDA** **9/30/2020 UPDATE TO INCLUDE REVISED NDA** ***10/23 UPDATE: Due to the level of interest, the Government is holding a third NILE ISS 5 RFI Industry Day on Tuesday 10 November 2020. This is a duplication of information presented at the 20/21 October 2020 Industry Days so those that have already attended need not attend again as no new information will be presented. The event will take place on MS Teams from 15:00-17:00 Central European Time / 06:00-08:00 Pacific Time. Vendors who wish to attend the event must register by emailing Amy Kilby at amy.kilby.uk@navy.mil, with the name(s) of the participant(s), and an MS Teams email address for each participant. Only vendors who register in full before 15:00 Pacific Time on Friday 30 October will be eligible to attend the event. Full details of how to join the event, and a formal MS Team invitation will be sent directly to attendees by email.
