Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with STRYKER CORPORATION for the preventative maintenance and repair of VA-owned patient beds. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide a certified and trained in Stryker equipment technician and can provide past performance information reflecting that they have performed maintenance on this specific brand name equipment. Responses must be received no later than 07:00am HST on 01/19/2020. All responses must be e-mailed to Lynnette.Kawakami@va.gov.
